| Toronto, ON - BioGRID interaction data can now be accessed programmatically from the Protemics Standard Initiative Common QUery InterfaCe (PSICQUIC) web service - see http://code.google.com/p/psicquic/ for more information. Please note, the data available on this web service conforms to the PSI-MITAB format and has MI ontology terms and not BioGRID evidence codes. A future implementation of PSICQUIC aims to allow all information contained in PSI-MI 2.5 XML to be accessed, which will allow retrieval of BioGRID evidence codes. |
