| Toronto, ON - The BioGRID has added 2,616 new physical interactions determined by Protein-Fragment Complementation Assay (PCA) as reported in the 2008 paper by Tarassov et al: "An in Vivo Map of the Yeast Protein Interactome" (pubmed: 18467557). These interactions are available in all standard BioGRID search and
download modes and can be retrieved directly from our website at the following URL (http://www.thebiogrid.org/ViewPublication/77339). A special thanks to the authors Tarassov K, Messier V, Landry CR,
